Analyst /Senior Analyst / Manager / Senior Manager - Actuarial Pricing/Reserving/Capital Modeling - General Insurance - 2+ Years

We are looking for a professional having 2+ years of experience in in General Insurance Actuarial domain. An incumbent with Pricing or Reserving or Capital Modeling expertise will be a perfect match for this role. If this sounds interesting read on.

Location - Gurgaon/Gurugram / Mumbai / Bangalore / Remote (for actuarial pricing folks only)

Responsibilities:

- Conducting comprehensive analysis of insurance data to enhance pricing / reserving strategies.

- Implementing advanced statistical techniques and actuarial models to evaluate and mitigate risks effectively.

- Supporting model development using R/Python

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute competitive pricing.

- Providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize underwriting strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar actuarial role within the insurance industry.

3. Proficiency in pricing / reserving / capital modeling methodologies and a solid understanding of actuarial principles and practices.

4. Experience in utilizing Generalized Linear Models (GLM) for insurance pricing and risk assessment; Emblem/Radar plus to have

5. Thorough knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards across Europe and the Middle East.
