Head - Underwriting - Insurance (10-20 yrs)

Looking for a dynamic underwriter. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting processes and strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines.

4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of underwriting processes with overall business objectives

5. Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements :

1. 10+ years of experience in underwriting, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk assessment

2. Proven leadership and people management skills

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; additional certifications in underwriting or insurance will be a plus
