Job description
Key Responsibility Areas
Enterprise Architecture and Strategy
- Define and implement HLFs enterprise architecture, establishing frameworks, principles, and standards that support digital transformation objectives.
- Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for application modernization, ensuring alignment with business goals and future-ready technology standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure architecture strategy is aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
Legacy Modernization and Data Migration
- Lead the decommissioning or transformation of legacy applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to best practices for modernization.
- Oversee data migration initiatives, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient transfer of data between legacy and new systems.
- Develop guidelines for data management, security, and privacy that align with industry regulations and HLFs data governance framework.
Security, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance
- Design and implement security and privacy architecture, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the architecture, ensuring robust security measures are embedded into all digital transformation projects.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements specific to BFSI and Fintech, ensuring that HLFs architecture supports compliance with these frameworks.
Architecture Design and Solution Development
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their applicability to HLF's digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the development of proof-of-concept solutions, testing new technologies, and architectural approaches before full-scale implementation.
- Make architecture and solution decisions for digital projects, guiding development teams in the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Guidance
- Act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT teams, providing technical leadership and guidance on architectural best practices.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in architecture principles, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/GCP Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on legacy modernization, data migration, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in the BFSI or Fintech sectors, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
- Polyglot with proficiency in multiple programming languages and a strong understanding of modern architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience in security, privacy, and data governance in highly regulated environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complexity and work with diverse teams.
- Experience in data architecture and hands-on experience in AI/ML
