HR Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, benchmarking data etc.
• Preparing HR dashboards and executive summary for senior management to track people metrics i.e. Open positions, Employee Attrition, Employee Satisfaction, Performance management, employee engagement, Quality of hire etc.
• Strategic analysis with help of Tableau, Power BI & MS excel.
• Generating weekly reports, Ad hoc reports and updating the resources with new data.
• Resolving issues pertaining to dashboards, reporting database environment and overseeing the quality assurance of the imported data.
• Preparing presentation for leadership based on requirements.
• Contributing to the formulation of HR strategies across multiple business units.
• Organizing huge data sets effectively via advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools.
• Performing data analysis & creating dashboards to boost flagship business initiatives across HR department
• Using Power BI for data Visualization & Analysis and automation.
• Creating multivariate regression, factor analysis-and Predictive Analysis based attribution models.
• Analyzing employee trend & creating user-friendly reports.
• Deploying quantitative analysis & data mining/visualization to present data.
• Creating deep-dive statistical analysis & predictive data modelling of HR data.
