HR Analytics Specialist

Job Title: HR Analytics

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Knowledge of HR metrics, compliance reporting, and data visualization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on key HR metrics such as employee turnover rate, recruitment analysis, recruiter performance, compliance, employee engagement, and learning & development (L&D) to inform strategic decision-making.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to extract, analyze, and visualize data from HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and other relevant sources.
• Create and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to track employee performance, engagement, and recruitment trends.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems, taking ownership of data maintenance and regular checks to ensure its completeness and correctness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes based on data analysis, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, with a strong understanding of data collection, maintenance, and reporting processes.
• Expertise in HR analytics, including turnover rate, recruitment performance, and employee engagement analysis.
• Strong visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros for automation and efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
