Experience: 2+ years experience in related field, including 3 year in management.

Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Reporting:
• Design, develop, and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and MIS systems to support HR operations and decision-making.
• Collect, process, and analyze HR data related to employee performance, recruitment, retention, payroll, attendance, and other key HR metrics.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership, management, and other stakeholders.
• HR Data Analysis:
• Analyze HR trends, patterns, and insights from various data sources to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
• Track HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and generate actionable insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall HR efficiency.
• HR System Maintenance:
• Ensure the accurate and timely update of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and other HR-related databases.
• Oversee data integrity and maintain data accuracy across all HR platforms and systems.
• Coordinate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve any system issues and implement system enhancements or upgrades.
• Process Optimization and Automation:
• Streamline and automate HR reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to create and implement innovative solutions that improve HR operations and data management.
• Data Visualization and Presentation:
• Create data visualizations, charts, and graphs to present HR metrics in a clear and concise manner for better understanding by senior management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time monitoring of HR activities and performance.
• Compliance and Confidentiality:
• Ensure compliance with HR-related data privacy laws and organizational policies regarding the handling of confidential employee data.
• Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of HR data and reports.
• Collaborate with HR Teams:
• Work closely with the HR team to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights to support HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide MIS support during HR initiatives like workforce planning, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• with relevant departments to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Keep abreast of new trends, tools, and technologies in HR analytics and MIS, applying best practices to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes through innovative ideas and solutions.
