Key Responsibilities:

- Solve complex client problems, including regulatory reforms and implementations.

- Design and manage organizational changes related to processes, technology, and structure.

- Lead transformation projects, including migrating from legacy systems to modern solutions.

- Assess current processes, suggest industry best practices, and implement efficiency-driven improvements.

- Support data governance, management, and optimization to enhance business decision-making.

- Develop methodologies, refine best practices, and create proposals highlighting value-driven solutions.

- Apply best practices to all phases of project management.

Skills and Expertise Required:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as an IT Architect or Lead Architect Subject Matter Expert.

- At least 4 years of experience with technology or application solutions in the utilities industry.

- Accreditation relevant to the utilities sector.

- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

- Knowledge of technical configurations, hosting environments, and solutions within the utilities industry.

- Proficiency in defining project and enterprise architecture for utilities systems and applications.

- Experience with cloud computing and migration strategies.

- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, IT standards, and control measures.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
