Role Overview:
- As the Head of Growth for B2B Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the B2B segment.
- This role requires a blend of strategic planning, business development, and sales leadership to maximize profitability.
- You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and senior management to identify opportunities and implement high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Growth Strategies: Define objectives, identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and evaluate competitive landscapes.
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and drive high-performing B2B sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand customer base.
- Sales Process Optimization: Refine workflows, implement sales tools & methodologies, and enhance efficiency in pipeline management & forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams to align sales and product development strategies, optimizing lead generation and market positioning.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to derive insights and optimize sales performance.
- Industry Expertise & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B sales, leveraging them to gain a competitive edge.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales & business development, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership & team management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills for engaging clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales data interpretation, forecasting, and performance optimization.
- Strategic thinking & problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and automation technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B sales landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
