Zonal Business Head - Role Overview
As a Zonal Business Head, you will lead sales operations, regional expansion, and revenue growth within your designated territory. Your role will focus on acquiring, managing, and strengthening relationships with Category B & C real estate developers and brokers, driving sales performance and new revenue streams through product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual & quarterly sales plans to exceed regional targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Account Management team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers & brokers to drive engagement and retention.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market insights and customer needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to position as a market leader.
- Leadership Excellence: Lead by example with strong work ethics, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
- Revenue Growth: Drive - 30+ crore in monthly B2B sales, unlocking new revenue opportunities through strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication & networking skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive business relationships.
- Proven track record in high-value sales & account management, particularly in financial and property sectors.
- Customer-focused & results-driven, with expertise in key account management and revenue optimization.
- Strong leadership & mentoring abilities, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Education:
- MBA in any discipline is required (Preferably from a top-tier institution).
- A dynamic leader with strategic vision, market expertise, and a passion for driving sales success.
