Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Pune
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Execution:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs for India and US center
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, to improve processes.
- Generate reports to share insights and recruitment progress with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition in the field of IT Consulting companies or Digital Agencies, hiring technical and non technical positions (e-commerce space would be ideal)
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
