Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6-9 years / Remote (currently WFH)


Responsibilities:


- Responsible for IT recruitment activities from sourcing till joining

- Work with business leaders to understand the requirement thoroughly and share the details with recruitment partners

- Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements

- Preliminary screening/interview of the resources to ensure the best fit for the role

- Facilitate associated processes, such as collecting relevant documents for on-boarding, initiating Background Verification etc.

- To devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire

- To maintain a good working relationship with all internal customers and spend time understanding and studying the business nuances/requirements

- Publish weekly/monthly dashboards on key hiring metrics.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- At least 6-9 years of experience in TA function.

- Should have experience in mix of Technology and Business talent acquisition across mid to senior levels.

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
