Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and online platforms.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, providing expert advice and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive job profiles and competency models.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize and optimize our ATS to manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate insightful reports.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other LinkedIn tools to effectively source, engage, and assess potential candidates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our employer value proposition and attracting top talent.
- Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.
- Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, and competitive market awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including relevant trade journals, academic institutions, and alumni associations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and iterate best-in-class job profiles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
