Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles across various industries.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contract expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth transition and engagement throughout the contract period.
- Track timecards and manage payroll coordination for contract workers, ensuring timely payments.
- Stay updated on market trends and advise clients on staffing strategies to meet their short term and long-term needs.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically with a focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent in various domains.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and various technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with timecard and payroll management is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
