Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Cloud Hiring Mandatory
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- This role will be crucial in driving our IT recruitment efforts, with a mandatory focus on Cloud technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent within the IT infrastructure domain.
- This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and meet business objectives.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networking sites, employee referrals, and industry events.
- and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, particularly within the Cloud domain.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed summaries of their qualifications and experience.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate tracking and reporting.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers for effective planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the Cloud and IT infrastructure space.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Business, HR, or a related field, preferably from a premier institute.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with a mandatory focus on Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrable experience in technical recruitment for Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc), Datacenter, Networking, Project Management, Solution Architecture, Presales, and Sales roles.
- Strong technical understanding of Cloud computing concepts, Data Center solutions, Networking technologies, IT products, and related areas.
- Experience recruiting for a range of IT infrastructure roles, including Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, and other related positions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and experience using job boards/portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
