Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and versatile TA Specialist with 4-5 years of expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in hiring for niche technical positions such as Full Stack Developers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and roles requiring data management expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, proficiency in job posting, and robust data management capabilities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech roles.
- Actively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and innovative sourcing channels.
- Create and post engaging job descriptions to maximize visibility and attract top talent.
Tech & Non-Tech Hiring:
- Recruit for key technical roles, including but not limited to,
- Full Stack Developers
- Data Scientists
- AI/ML Engineers
- Manage hiring for non-technical roles across functions such as HR, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic advice on hiring plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate data, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics using ATS tools and recruitment software.
- Leverage data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in managing candidate information.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Talent Pipelining:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Engage with passive candidates and expand the talent network.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Use data to refine and improve hiring strategies and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in hiring for technical roles like Full Stack Developers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Data Management Specialists.
- Proficient in job posting best practices to attract high-quality candidates.
- Solid knowledge of data management tools and practices, including ATS and recruitment software.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on both tech and non-tech roles.
- Proven expertise in hiring for niche technical positions and managing recruitment data.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends, data privacy, and market dynamics.
