Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profile.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to promote the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
