Job Title : Product Implementation
Manager - SaaS
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Implementation Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis, technical aptitude, and client management skills.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring successful implementations of our product while fostering positive relationships with our clients and our business growth through upsells leveraging the positive relationships built with the clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business and technical analysis: This role is pivotal to understanding client requirements in detail to ensure all downstream activities' effectiveness.
- This is the most critical responsibility of this role.
- The incumbent will be expected to solicit, structure, and disseminate client requirements with utmost clarity to all project stakeholders.
- This role is then responsible for collaborating with implementation engineers to design solutions using the product capabilities.
- The incumbent will need to build a good understanding of the core product capabilities and be able to distinguish between implementations that require custom builds from those that do not and manage projects and client expectations accordingly.
- Building domain expertise and contributing to product development through customer feedback.
- The incumbent will be expected to build a thorough understanding of the Higher Education System (particularly in the USA) and the stakeholders, tools, and regulations that affect decision-making in this space.
- Using this knowledge and customer feedback, the incumbent will need to inform the product and other teams in the product development process.
- Project management - This is inherently a techno-functional project management role that requires the incumbent to design and plan implementations and ensure project/implementation success through regular risk monitoring and control for project scope creeps, expectation mismatches, and miscommunications with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication and stakeholder management: This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction through open, timely, and clear communication around all aspects of the implementation and continued product use afterward.
- The incumbent will be expected to proactively monitor and relay client health status to all key stakeholders and be advocates of client needs - you will be expected to understand your clients very well.
- Experience Requirement: Have a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the education technology domain.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in product implementation, project management, business/product analysis, or client success roles in a SaaS-based organization.
- Academic: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and client management.
- Candidates with this experience in the academia or education technology industry get brownie points.
- Understanding of CRM, SIS, and ERP systems and their use in a business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
