Quantiphi - Talent Acquisition Specialist (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- As a Sourcer/Recruiter at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for critical technical roles in AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Cloud Platform.

- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.

- Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for cloud related roles

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within the data and analytics domain.

- Represent Quantiphi's brand and culture, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- 4-6 years in sourcing, with a strong focus on technical roles in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Platform, etc

- Basic understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AWS Cloud, and related terminologies.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, ATS tools (Workday is a plus), and other sourcing platforms

- Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with passive candidates.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines efficiently.

- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
