Lead Business Analyst - Life/General Insurance (6-20 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 6-20 years of experience in SQL, API Integration, and Insurance Domain expertise to join our dynamic Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative insurance products and processes within Life or General Insurance (Fire, Marine, Motor, Property, etc.). You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive digital transformation and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external stakeholders to align on business processes and system solutions.

2. Elicit requirements and design system solutions that effectively address business needs.

3. Map and improve the customer journey to enhance user experience.

4. Coordinate with development teams on project planning and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

5. Lead weekly sprint planning sessions with Product Managers to meet project goals.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in the insurance domain (Life/General Insurance - Motor, Marine, Property, etc.).

2. In-depth understanding of insurance processes (quote, policy issuance, claims, finance), with expertise in at least one key area.

3. Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration.

4. Knowledge of Java, Microservices, and Web Services is a plus.

5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
