Job Summary

As a Business Director at Brand Street, you will lead client accounts, drive business growth, and develop strategic marketing initiatives. You will manage a team, foster client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, develop client relationships, and expand verticals across India.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and oversee account strategy.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for high-quality execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and offer innovative solutions.
• Lead business development efforts, pitches, and networking initiatives.
• Mentor and guide account teams to ensure professional growth.

Requirements

Education: Postgraduate (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 6-10 years in a similar role/industry
Skills:

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
