Must have in-depth knowledge of ATL and BTL communications, along with experience in managing various communication partners such as advertising agencies, public relations, and event management agencies. This includes activities like brochures and newspaper inserts.
Marketing campaign BTL activities like society events, GYM event, Mall events, Marathon events etc.
• Work for both B2c and B2b (getting lead generated and converted through the activities)
Completely responsible for building a very robust team to operationally manage, meet KPIs, build strategy, and execute the project.
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Preferred candidate profile
Past experience in BTL Activation with a product/brand in the D2C online (Subscription base company)
Graduate in any discipline
Seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in BTL activation within the perishables or FMCG sectors. A proven track record of working with global brands in the FMCG or grocery industry, as well as experience in online FMCG retail, is preferred. Familiarity with sales, marketing, promotional campaigns, and BTL marketing execution is essential.
