BTL- Assistant Manager

Experience Required: 4 yrs - 8 yrs in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management, preferably in the building materials, FMCG, or related industries. Prior experience in south locations is preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking a self motivated and hardworking Regional BTL (Below-the-Line) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring BTL activities to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation at the regional level. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

BTL Campaign Planning and Execution

• Planning, managing resources & executing BTL campaigns aligned with regional and organizational goals.within timeline & cost.
• Plan and manage all BTL activation for all related on-ground activations, roadshows, dealer meetups, product demonstrations, and other localized promotional activities across single/multiple branches in his/her zone..
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design impactful campaigns tailored to the regions specific requirements.

Influencer management

• Acquisitions & managing participating & non-participating influencers of the business.

Retailers/Trade management

• Activities related to retailers and trade. This will include, audits & research, net promoters score, visibility elements across multiple brands of the company.
• Conduct field visits to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field.

Work Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management, preferably in the building materials, FMCG, or related industries. Prior experience in south locations is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Role will involve multi location travel
• Prior Experience in BTL Activation & Demand generations is preferred.
• Comfortable with data analysis & tech friendly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be fluent in oral & written communication (Hindi, English & Regional Language)
• Position of a two wheeler and smart phone is mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
