Assistant Manger - BTL Marketing

Job Purpose:

To effectively plan, execute, and manage below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, support branch operations, and foster strong relationships with trade partners. The role involves managing creative agencies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and error-free execution of campaigns in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BTL Creative Development and Management:

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 20+ branches to oversee creative development.
• Adapt marketing materials to meet branch-specific needs and ensure approval from the head office.
• Manage relationships with BTL creative agencies, ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines.
  
  

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Design and execute tactical national consumer campaigns based on market trends to enhance brand visibility at shop floors.
• Plan and execute festive and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely printing and deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for flawless execution with zero errors.
  
  

3. Branch and Dealer Engagement:

• Collaborate with branch teams to support brand shop activities and share timely updates.
• Develop strategic dealer relationship initiatives, aiming for at least 5% growth in dealer participation and securing 80% positive feedback post-activities.
• Facilitate the coordination of Field Team Support (FTS) activities in alignment with business needs and timelines.
  
  

4. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Ensure formal approvals are obtained from all stakeholders before initiating activities.
• Submit purchase orders (POs) before executing activities and ensure timely invoice submissions.
  
  

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Share timely reports on campaign and project updates with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in BTL marketing, campaign management, or related roles.

• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in working with creative agencies and managing vendor relationships.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on precision and quality.
