Marketing Executive (BTL) / Vendor Management

We have an Urgent Requirement of Marketing Executive (Vendor Management) for a Leading Hair Care Company based in Bandra (West).

• Position : Marketing Executive (BTL) / Vendor Management
• Location : Bandra West - Linking Road
• Salary : 4.50 to 5 LPA CTC
• Department : Marketing
• Qualification : Any Graduate (Marketing Degree would be an Added Advantage)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness.
2. Responsible to execute communication, offers & creative for BTL collaterals with approvals in place.
3. Responsible to map all BTL activities regionally & locally over calendar and allocate to respective executive to generate maximum footfalls.
4. Responsible to perform and manage on ground teams to ensure brand visibility and maximum reach to the target audience.
5. Working closely with the City Manager and keeping him/her updated about the proceedings of the campaign and other nitty-gritties.
6. Responsible to generate daily reports of activity planned & executed.
7. Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
8. Willing to travel frequently on the field to monitor, planning & execution of BTL & Royalty brand activation program.
9. Responsible for Agency Management and local outsourced executives/bodies related to marketing activities.
10. Ready to Work with other departments to get camps and few other activities arranged.
11. Regular market visit to get the new ideas for marketing and communication.
12. Mystery Market visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative)
13. Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time.
