This is a great place to work and grow, but only for the people who work close to the management team. There is no HR department. The people who are supposedly working in HR roles are nothing but a pawn to the Founder, Mr Siddharth Runwal. There is no work culture. Vishal Pawle the CTO of the organization doest believe in work culture bit believe in the how to use the resources and not let them grow, so that he can remain the head of an underperforming team. There is no organisational structure, to which they call a flat organization but keep everyone below the management team. They are interested a little too much in gossiping about their employee's personal life than actual work.
