Role Description

We are hiring Zonal Manager Client Servicing BTL Experiential Marketing/Activations (Male) for one of our large-scale ongoing campaign in India. This program is planned in the high energy bars of the respective cities on weekly basis. Looking for a great team players who has a problem-solving skill and can manage the team of local manpowers, supervisors and the warehouse. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad for a Zonal Client Servicing Manager- BTL Experiential Marketing /Activations

Client Servicing: -

The Zonal Manager Client Servicing will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and managing the city team. The Zonal Manager Client Servicing Support will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivering high-quality services to clients.

  • The Zonal Client Servicing Manager ensures client satisfaction by understanding their needs, providing solutions, coordinating with internal teams, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Responsible for seamless execution of activity in their respective cities & single POC for communication between National program manager & localized city teams
  • Driving Month on month activity targets in their territory & spearheading the program priorities via cascading to localized city teams
  • Daily reporting of desired activity reports to the national MIS
  • Resolve territory level issues, escalate any other matters (if need be) and alignments with the national program manager and regional field teams
  • Work closely with the warehouse executive to maintain a track of utilization of working tools
  • Responsible for hiring of manpowers, conducting regular trainings & maintaining basic hygiene of the program in their territory
  • Working day-in and day-out in improving the quality & efficiency of the program and achieving the plan
  • Keep the team motivated, control attrition – retain high performers, churn non-performers
  • Work closely with the on-field team to derive insights
  • Conduct recce of potential outlets for activation and maintain relationship with outlet owners/managers
  • Maintain repository of outlets and share with client

Qualifications

  • A strong background in client services and relations with a solid understanding of customer service principles.
  • Strong communication skills, confident personality, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, training, and managing large teams, preferably in the event management industry with tobacco industry experience
  • Proficiency in tools management and logistics
  • Ability to quickly adapt to mobile apps and basic Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills to handle multiple teams and drive program success
  • Experience in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as outlet owners and managers
