Role & responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and

concisely

• Open to travel

• Responsible for training of new employees

• Create onboarding training structure

• Maintain a knowledge repository for onboarding

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team towards achieving goals.

• Conduct compliance & product trainings

• Ensure quality delivery of program on ground

• Continuous virtual & physical refresher trainings for field teams compliance, product,

industry

• Frequent travel to cities to monitor & correct errors in program delivery

• Mystery audits of team interaction with the consumers

• Experience in team handling, training of resources, program management.

• Flexibility to adjust training approaches based on changing needs and individual learning

styles.
