Candidate must have experience in training sales team on various skills like Understanding client requirements and handling grievances, Sales pitch, Negotiation, Influencing Skills, Impactful communication and presentation, Client relationship building, Professional etiquette, time management and timely reporting, etc.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify employee skills and knowledge gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
Design and develop customized training materials and presentations based on business requirement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of trained employees through various assessment methods.
Support the sales team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the goals.
