Training & Development Manager

We are seeking a Training & Development Specialist with minimum 4 years of experience to design and deliver training programs focused on employee development, sales training, customer service, soft skills, and personality development. The role involves conducting needs assessments, creating engaging training content, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training on employee development, sales products, customer service, and soft skills.
• Improve employee engagement through training initiatives and activities.
• Conduct personality development sessions to build confidence and leadership skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to align training with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in training and development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design impactful training programs.
• Bachelors degree (preferred).
• Male candidate is preferred.
