Job Role :

1. Induction & Orientation - To Learn & Facilitate the effective, efficient, timely & smooth completion of Induction & Orientation programme for the new hires.

2.Training Need Identification Exercise & Annual Training Plan- To Learn & Facilitate the timely & effective completion of exercise of Annual TNI and preparation of Annual Training Plan.

3. Pre, Ongoing & Post Training Activities - To Learn & Facilitate the timely & effective completion of all the activities pertaining to Pre, Ongoing & Post Training Activities.

4. To Learn & Facilitate Learning & Development initiatives - coordination with locations for Training record, update on monthly calendar, feedback analysis report

5. Maintain Training record updates for QMS

6. Audit of HR L&D data in SF for WCL (HO, Locations)

7. Understanding of HR polices, process

Accountabilities:

L&D calendar updates

Business Reporting : L&D data base maintenance

Record & Documentation : Monthly MIS update

BRSR data : correct data maintenance

Employee connect : Skip level meetings plan
