Sr. HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR procedures comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and help resolve workplace issues.
• Support performance management processes and assist in organizing training programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Specifically in payroll.
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
