F&A Head/ DGM (F&A) position For a Pharma Company at South Delhi

Job Description CA / DGM (Accounts & Finance)

• Knowledge on Income Tax, Statutory Compliance
• Maintaining strong internal financial control system
• Handling financial matters including Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis
• Monthly basis ledger scrutiny of all accounts.
• Handling complete banking operations
• Knowledge on GST compliance (Includes filing GST returns and payments
• Knowledge on Ind AS
• Handled GST audit, filed return online and reconciliation of 2A and 3B.
• Knowledge on Income Tax Assessment matters.
• Ensuring proper documentation for export/import & TDS/TCS, GST.
• Ensuring on-time return filing & tax payments under GST, Custom, TDS/TCS whether monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly.
• Compile, monitors examine and audit various moderately complex financial statements/ reports/ accounts or budget codes for accuracy, integrity, and conformance to accounting and program guidelines.
• Independently resolve complex problems for which no clear precedent exists within the current system or implement new accounting structures.
• Recommend actions or alternatives to be taken by management when accounting data discloses unfavourable trends or deviations or financial mismanagement.
• Ensure proper accounting documentation.
• Assist coordinate & participate in external audit.

• Strong Financial skills

Skills Required

• CA certification required.
• Bachelors degree in accounting required (Masters preferred)
• 7 to 15 years experience in Finance & Accounts
• In-depth tax knowledge at the local, state levels.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
