Role & responsibilities in CA Firm

1. Calculating taxes and submitting all type of error free income tax returns (ITR-1 to ITR-7)
2. Prepare account book of clients on tally or other accounting software and keep them updated
3. Auditing financial statements under companies act, GST, income tax act etc. to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data
4. Co-ordinating with team and managing their work, resolving their queries and complying with company's policies of reporting and ensuring error free work.
5. Prepare replies of assessment and appeal notices under GST and Income tax act and appear before concerned authorities, if required.
6. Ensuring that all clients remain fully complaint with applicable laws specially Company law and taxation laws including but not limited to preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly or annual returns and form with concerned authroties.
7. Prepare and submit TDS returns on quaterly basis and file correrctions and reply to TDS notices
8. Prepare submit monthly GST, Provident fund and ESI returns and data and file a suitable reply in case of any type of notice received from respective departments
9. Applying for different registration and license such as company, GST, Labour, FSSAI, PF, ESI, IEC, etc as required as per client's requirements
10. Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidence of reporting manager.
