Position: Chartered Accountant - Audit Profile

Location: Sosyo Circle, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 ₹7,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit Execution:
• Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of audit reports and compliance documents.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit regulations.

Risk Assessment:

• Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks.
• Provide insights to strengthen financial and operational processes.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve audit-related queries.
• Assist senior team members in managing client relationships.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed work papers and audit trails.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: CA qualified (freshers or experienced with up to 3 years).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and taxation principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
