Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of onsite audits, working alongside senior team members.
• Independently manage statutory and project audits, ensuring all financial statements are finalized in collaboration with partners.
• Supervise and review the work of junior staff and article trainees, ensuring high-quality audits and timely completion.
• Assist in drafting detailed audit reports and client communications.
• Prepare and file tax returns for individual and corporate clients in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial information and address any audit-related queries.
• Support the accounts team with filing GST and TDS returns.
• Travel outside Delhi as required for audit assignments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant audit experience, ideally within a CA firm.
• CA Intermediate cleared or CA Finalist.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards.
• In-depth understanding of auditing procedures and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ZOHO, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) along with Mac applications (Pages, Keynote, Numbers).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering quality work with high client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
