Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, operational procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of risk or non-compliance.
• Develop and implement audit plans, including defining the scope, objectives, and timelines of audits.
• Perform detailed testing of financial transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.
• Monitor the progress of implemented corrective actions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members and departments on internal control matters.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of audit policies, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) internship.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
