Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP-EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP-EWM solutions integrated with SAP HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and leveraging advanced capabilities of SAP HANA for optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP-EWM solutions, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Integrate EWM with SAP HANA, leveraging real-time data analytics and capabilities for process optimization.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions tailored to meet client-specific warehouse management requirements.

2. Process Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyze existing warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend SAP-EWM solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP-EWM functionalities such as inbound/outbound processes, internal warehouse movements, inventory management, and production staging.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Work closely with SAP HANA developers to design database schemas, models, and reports to enhance EWM capabilities.
• Collaborate with ABAP development teams for custom enhancements and interfaces.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure smooth implementation.

5. Support and Maintenance:

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues in SAP-EWM and HANA environments.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to maintain system health and efficiency.

6. Training and Documentation:

• Deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP-EWM functionalities.
• Document business processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP-EWM module (8+ years), including configuration and integration.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA and its application in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of EWM processes like RF framework, yard management, labor management, and handling unit management.
• Experience with SAP modules integration: SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Familiarity with interfaces such as IDocs, BAPIs, and ALE.
• Understanding of Fiori apps and their integration with EWM.

Professional Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Bachelor’s Engineering degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP-EWM or SAP HANA certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, logistics, or automotive.
• Familiarity with global implementation projects and multi-location warehouse setups.
