Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Engagement

• Organize and manage employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.

HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with the finance department.
• Support the administration of benefits, performance appraisals, and training programs.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
