Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Project & MIS (PMC)

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning and scheduling
• Site Mobilization plan
• Material delivery schedule
• Subcontracting schedule
• Detailed Engg and drawing schedule and design tracker
• Detailed Material Delivery schedule and material delivery tracker
• Project revenue /cash flow (including billing schedule input to Annual operating plan
• Project charter
• Coordinating with Client, Contractors, DEC (detail engineering consultant) & Procurement departments regarding material & services requirement at site.
• Support the on/off site construction team by providing input into the development of the scope of work for construction service as well as monitoring construction activities.
• Evaluating feasibility study for the entire setup.
• Conceptualize project execution plans, finalize scope through discussion & conduct project evaluation in terms of outlay.
• Finalization of cost estimates for various heads like, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc.
• Develop Strategic Planning & Implementation function for the Organization by effective planning and coordination with project team.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement for various project deliverables.
