Manager | Sr Manager - SAP Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. ABAP Module : (must to have)

i. Lead the ABAP team in the design, development, and implementation of custom programs and enhancements to meet business requirements.

ii. Provide technical expertise in ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming, user exits, and enhancements to standard SAP programs.

iii. Lead the development of reports, forms, and data conversion programs.

iv. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and SAP development guidelines.

v. Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts in ABAP.

vi. Debugging techniques and tools for ABAP.

vii. Enhancements to standard SAP functionality using customer exits, BADI, and enhancement framework.

viii. Advanced ABAP concepts such as ABAP queries, ALV reports, and web Dynpro

2. Integration Module: (SAP CPI) (Must to have)

i. Lead the Integration team in the design and implementation of custom integration programs.

ii. Provide technical expertise in integration technologies, including SAP CPI , PI-PO and SAP Gateway.

iii. Ensure adherence to integration development standards, best practices, and SAP guidelines.

iv. Integration technologies such as SAP CPI / PI-PO, SAP Gateway, and SAP Cloud Platform.

v. Development of custom integration scenarios using SAP CPI / PI-PO or SAP Gateway.

vi. Configuration and setup of IDOC, RFC, and SOAP adapters for SAP CPI / PI-PO.

vii. Best practices for integrating SAP systems with external systems.

3. FIORI Module: (Good to have)

i. Lead the FIORI team in the design, development, and implementation of custom FIORI applications.

ii. Provide technical expertise in FIORI application development, including configuration of the FIORI Launchpad, building tiles, catalogs, and groups, and integrating FIORI applications with other SAP modules and external systems.

iii. Ensure adherence to FIORI development standards, best practices, and SAP

iv. SAPUI5 programming concepts and development tools.

v. Development of custom Fiori applications using Web IDE.

VI. Configuration of SAP Fiori Launchpad, tiles, catalogs, and groups

4. Project Management: (Must to Have)

i. Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure the
successful implementation of SAP S4 HANA.

ii. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks.

iii. Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and providing direction and guidance to the team.

iv. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and SAP guidelines.

5) Responsible for SAP Technical ABAP, FIORI, GRC, BASIS, Integration CPI/PI-PO, BTP

6) Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying SAP systems.

7) Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to audit and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP S/4 exposure / knowledge is must
• Exp of at-least 2 SAP implementation and in which one should be HANA Implementation
• Must have thorough knowledge of ABAP, FIORI, CPI Modules (ECC & HANA) , CPI
• Knowledge and hands on experience on OS, System Integration
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA System
• Proficiency in working with different SAP Support / implementation partners
