-Handle employee inquiries and grievances

-Responsible for the talent acquisition process (High Profiles), which may include senior level recruitment, exit interview, and cultural round.

-Act as an advisor to managers and employees on various employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.

-Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with employment laws.

-Guide managers in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and managing underperformance.

-Ensure the organization complies with local labor laws and regulations.

-Provide guidance on policy interpretation and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

-Participate in compensation benchmarking and manage job evaluations.

-Provide reports to leadership on key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and diversity.

-Oversee and finalize the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all payroll operations.

-Manage the employee increment process, including planning, communication, and execution of salary increases.
