• Beyond traditional marketing functions cmo to lead digital transformation , enhanced customer engagement and aligh marketing strategies with broder business objectives
• Strategic planning : develop and implement comprehisive marketing strategies
• Brand management : Develop company brand by developing branding strategies and ensuring brand consistency
• Market research : conduct market research to understand customer preferences & market trends
• product promotion : design and execute marketing campaign with product managers
• Develop buyers journey for each product , consumer class and measure the same at each level and identify the measures to convert them from current to desired state for the existing clients develop a keep in touch system so as to increase the LTV of the clieints
• Team leadership: leading and setting the marketing team , including setting the objectives , providing guidance and ensuring effective execution of marketing plane
• digital marketing : with the rising role of digital platforms , he must have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media and seo and how to leverage them
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies.
