HR & IR Manager

Shish Industries Ltd is looking for an experienced HR and IR Manager. The candidate will be responsible for payroll management, labor law compliance, recruitment, and handling industrial relations to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory deductions.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and handle audits, inspections, and legal matters.
• Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, manage candidate screening, and ensure effective on boarding.
• Industrial Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Employee Engagement: Implement retention programs and monitor employee satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations.
• Expertise in payroll, compliance, labour laws, and recruitment.
• SSC Army background is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
