Factory Hr Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource activities for the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This role ensures that the factory runs efficiently by aligning HR practices with the business objectives and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure the factory has the right talent for spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, especially related to the textile industry.
• Maintain factory-specific labor records, including working hours, wages, and safety standards.
• Handle all statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and Labor Law-related activities.
• Develop and implement training programs for workers and managers, focusing on operational skills and safety practices.
• Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and employee development plans.
• Implement safety policies, organize safety drills, and work closely with the safety team to prevent workplace accidents.
• Manage the payroll process in coordination with the finance team.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with factory needs and compliance.
• Plan for seasonal work cycles, especially in dyeing, weaving, and other process-intensive areas.
