Senior Equity Research Analyst - CA/CFA (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

We "Steptrade Share Services Private Limited" seeking a "Senior Equity Research Analyst" with expertise in analyzing and managing investment portfolios within an AIF Category 3 framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research and asset management, with at least 5 years of experience after completing a master's or relevant professional degree. Additional experience in fund management or wealth management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth equity research, analyzing potential investment opportunities and market trends for AIF Category 3 portfolios.

- Perform fundamental and technical analysis of securities to support informed investment decisions.

- Prepare detailed financial models, research reports, and valuation analyses.

- Work closely with the fund management team to develop and implement investment strategies.

- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates, including identifying risks and recommending changes.

- Engage in periodic meetings and reviews to communicate research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA, CFA, CAIA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Experience in equity research, fund management, or wealth management.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate investment recommendations effectively.
