Role & responsibilities



Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the entire HR function at Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd in the racking industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the companys goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations for talent acquisition.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions in the company.
    • Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies to attract top talent in the racking and manufacturing industries.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing support.

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and culture.
    • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the companys growth and operational needs are met.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on employee-related matters

Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
    • Organize employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve morale and retention.
    • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and open communication.

Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
    • Implement strategies to enhance employee performance, productivity, and skill development.
    • Identify training and development needs and create plans to address skill gaps across the organization.
    • Compliance & Policy Development:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices and adherence to legal standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

    • Manage the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the racking industry and aligned with company objectives.
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
    • Provide guidance on employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Training & Development:

    • Design and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Identify leadership development opportunities and support career growth paths for employees.
    • Ensure that training and development initiatives align with the companys strategic goals

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or racking industry
