Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Learning and Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Learning Management System
• Coordinate in the Learning Management system implementation
• Training module preparation
• Coordinate with vendors for learning modules
• Coordinate with stakeholders for training content.
• Monitor the progress of LMS implementation and align the management
• Post implementation, monitor the progress of training completion and compliance
• Training Need identification/Training Need Analysis/coordination in training calendar preparation
• 70% sales training, 20% employee engagement, 10% event management
• Employee Survey: Support people agenda in Employee opinion survey and its action plans
• Prepare reports and share to Management
• Travel 4-5 days in a month.
