This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Manager Client Servicing - BTL Experiential Marketing /Activations

Experience-2-10 Years

Client Servicing: -

The Client Servicing will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and managing the client services team. The Client Servicing Support will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivering high-quality services to clients.

* Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

* Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

* Answering client inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or responses

* Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport

* Tracking and maintaining records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Qualifications

* Strong background in Client Services Client relations

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

* Good understanding of customer service practices and principles

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

* Experience in managing teams, preferably in the event management industry with Liquor industry experience is a must.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
