Client Servicing Manager - BTL

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored BTL solutions.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Project Coordination:

1. Collaborate with internal teams to execute BTL campaigns seamlessly.
2. Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
3. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.

Strategic Planning:

1. Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
2. Devise strategic plans and proposals to address client objectives effectively.
3. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Budget Management:

1. Create and manage project budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
2. Monitor expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Reporting and Analysis:

1. Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients.
2. Analyze data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing or account management within a BTL agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in powerpoint.
