National Sales Manager

Affinique Marketing is looking for a high-performing Sales Lead (Pan India) to help us meet our customer acquisition, P&L, and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budgets and targets.

• Identifying and acquiring new customers (B2B) and up-selling to the existing customer base.
• Experience in Sales, achieving targets & team handling, preferably from the Automobiles, Lubricants, OEM, and similar industries.
• Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning for PAN India.
• Build a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Responsible for driving high-target achievement and customer success.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Manpower planning
• Diligent, Timely, and Accurate Reporting, Tech-savvy.
• Responsible for Profit and Loss of the project.

Qualifications

• MBA Sales & Marketing, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
• Ready to Travel (PAN India)

Reporting Location Noida

Experience: Min. - 5+ years
